ThePodium provides Sim Racing Data including but not limited to RaceOnOz console League Racing results, fastest lap data, driver career stats and circuit information through its digital platform.

3. User Obligations

You agree:

• To provide accurate registration information (name, email, payment details)

• Not to share accounts, use bots, or engage in data scraping

• To comply with all laws governing online conduct and content

• Not to upload harmful/unauthorized content (malware, pirated software, etc.)

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees: $10 yearly for Premium data access

• Billing: Recurring charges apply for subscription services unless canceled 7 days before renewal

• Refunds: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via [email protected]

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content (all data, logos media) is owned by ThePodium

• Restrictions: Users may not reverse-engineer software, republish coaching materials, or use branding without written consent

6. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Injuries sustained during real-world training based on our digital guidance

• Technical failures of third-party integrations (e.g. payment processors)

• Accuracy of AI-generated training recommendations

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity: Chargebacks, fake payment methods

• Safety violations: Harassment of other Members

• Content abuse: Sharing proprietary data materials
